With any remedy there always seem to be a trade-off, resulting in a side effect(s). I would have to know more about it before I could make a decision one way or the other.

It sure sounds good..But I too would have to know more about it. It can take years to actually know what the side affects are..

As for the stress relvr, I'm not really a stressed type of person... I relax pretty easily on my own. That's a purposeful thing in my life, I weed out anything or anyone who's going to cause me any stress. Even work isn't stressful anymore. But if I were stressed, I think I would definitely check out this option!!

why not just drink green tea and take the suppliment?
