Lee Child

Have you read any books written by Lee Child?

He is surprisingly original; his plots defy the imagination easily!

There are many twists and turns and... one never feels that Mr. Child

is done with them!

:)

Back in the Saddle

Looking out from the saddle
I see
Where I have traveled to
And where I want to go

The question now becomes
How to navigate
How to articulate
And Most of all...

How to continue
To dream....

So...
My question is...

What do you dream of?

What means the most to you?
And
What are you looking forward to?
Are you looking forward to
a sci-fi existence?
A future type world?

Or
Are you looking forwards to
Learning more about what drives you
and Who you are?

Spring begins....

Spring is starting now...
We hope that in Japan people can get some relief and enjoy spring...
We hope that in Libya some brave people can start a new society....
We hope that in America more of us can enjoy spring..together..
as a community....

book review of "Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortensen

"Three Cups of Tea" by Greg Mortensen combines extreme athleticism...(climbing the Himalaya mountains ...) with passionate idealism.. " Mortensen pulled together the most overachieving and most underqualified staff of the world" to construct his school and teach the children of Pakistan
and Afghanistan who lived in his village.
There are many surprises: a local leader Changazi decides to move all of the school supplies to his own village of Korphe. He claimed that Skardu was "too dirty!"This village was a long hike (114 kilometers) from his village; and yet Mortensen has little choice but to reclaim his goods there.
I hope you enjoy this book....comments...?
