Breathing prayers for our nation, for Pete who was at work and Bubba who was at school.

I hope we remember. Not just the loss of life, but also the fact that this was not just a tragic accident. That this was a diliberate display of evil. I hope no matter who is running Washington that we will never cease to hunt down all involved.Barbara In Caneyheadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06053601327400989802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396868556915125294.post-33246712245204607282009-09-12T21:02:17.611-07:002009-09-12T21:02:17.611-07:00What a nice tribute, Natalie!! I was so confused about whether or not to take him to school that day... can't remember now what I ended up doing. That day was truly horrifying, the images on the tv are forever stuck in my mind. To think of what the victims went through that day still makes me cry.Joannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17873298945787016849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396868556915125294.post-84910836205244820572009-09-12T16:06:41.158-07:002009-09-12T16:06:41.158-07:00I think we all remember this day and where we were...I think we all remember this day and where we were and what we were doing when we heard the horrific news.
I put my flags out in my yard to honor the people that were killed.I
would have liked to have seen more flags out..There were only a few banks that lowered their flags to half staff..
Sherisljhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02605768371187978762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396868556915125294.post-50738091348612440232009-09-12T03:16:31.816-07:002009-09-12T03:16:31.816-07:00Yes, I remember. I wish that part of the legacy had remained, but unfortunately I see more often than not, that we're back to being hurried, and selfish.

I am also thankful for those that wear uniforms, and individuals that protect and serve others. They are my heros .. the one that passed that day and the ones that follow day-to-day in order for us to enjoy our freedoms.Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08169351807635461550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-396868556915125294.post-78487532655605054362009-09-11T23:00:15.482-07:002009-09-11T23:00:15.482-07:00Thanks so much for your generous comments. I remember thinking that the world would not be the same.
